Privacy notice

Last updated: 16 October 2026

We collect very little. This site sets no cookies and has no analytics. We use your details only to arrange and hold a call, answer your emails, keep the site secure and, when we launch, show agents' business contact details with their listings. We never sell personal data.

1. Who we are

The controller of your personal data is Techulas Software Solution Private Limited, a private limited company registered in India. Its corporate identity number (CIN) is [CIN] and its registered office is [Registered office address]. We are registered with the Information Commission (the ICO), the UK data protection regulator, under number [ICO registration number].

Our UK representative. We are based in India. Our representative in the UK for data protection, under Article 27 of the UK GDPR, is [UK representative: name, UK postal address and email]. You can contact them instead of us about anything in this notice.

For any privacy question or request, email kunal.mishra@yieldbell.com.

This notice follows the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the Data Protection Act 2018, the Data (Use and Access) Act 2025 and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).

3. What we collect

When you visit the site

Our web server keeps a short log of each request: your IP address, browser and device type (user agent), the date and time, and the page you asked for. We use no cookies, analytics, tracking pixels or advertising tools. Our fonts and images are stored on our own server, so loading a page does not contact Google or anyone else.

When you book a call

You book on a Calendly booking page. You give your name, your email address and your answers to the booking questions: what describes you, what you are looking for, how you heard about YieldBell, and whether you agree to emails from us. Calendly also records which link or advert brought you to the booking page (UTM tags in the web address). Calendly sends you the invitation and reminders. The call takes place on Google Meet, a video call service from Google; you can join from a browser without an account. We may make short notes during the call. We do not record calls unless we ask first and you agree.

When you email us

We receive your email address, your name if you give it, and what you write.

Please do not send us details of your health, your pension or other finances, or anything else sensitive. We do not need them.

From property listings

Listings often show the agent's firm, office and contact details. Some name a negotiator. See section 6.

5. Who we share data with

We share personal data only with:

Our providers act on our instructions under written contracts. We never sell personal data or share it for others' marketing.

Calendly booking page

The booking page belongs to Calendly. It opens in a new tab, or inside our page only after you click "Show the calendar here". Calendly processes your booking details for us, under its data processing addendum, to show the booking page and send invitations and reminders. Calendly may also set its own cookies, as its privacy notice explains. If you prefer not to use Calendly, email kunal.mishra@yieldbell.com and we will arrange a call by email.

Transfers outside the UK

We are based in India, and our website server is in India. So we store and use your personal data in India. UK data protection law still applies to how we use it.

Calendly, Google and some other providers may process data outside the UK, including in the United States. When they do, we rely on safeguards that UK law allows. These are the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, where the recipient is certified, or the ICO's International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, which are built into the provider's data processing terms. You can ask us for details.

8. Your rights

You have the right to:

To use any right, email kunal.mishra@yieldbell.com. It is free. We may ask you to confirm who you are. We will reply within one month. If a request is complex, we may need up to two more months, and we will tell you why.

Complaints

You have the right to complain to us. Please tell us first if you are unhappy. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and try to put things right. You can also complain to the Information Commission (the ICO) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint, or by phone on 0303 123 1113.

9. Automated decisions

We use AI software to read listings and pick out facts, including an agent's work contact details where a listing shows them. AI can make mistakes. We make no decisions about you by automated means that have a legal or similarly significant effect on you.

10. Marketing emails

We send marketing emails only if you have agreed, or where the "soft opt-in" allows it. That means you gave us your email while asking about YieldBell, and we offered you a way to say no. Every email has a simple unsubscribe link. You can also email kunal.mishra@yieldbell.com.

We email agencies about their listings and our free feed. We send these only to company and LLP addresses, or with consent, and every email says how to opt out.

11. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), limit who can see personal data, use strong passwords and two-step sign-in, and keep our software up to date. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach puts you at high risk, we will tell you without undue delay.

12. Children

This site is not for children. You must be 18 or over to book a call.

13. Changes to this notice

We will update this notice when we change how we use personal data, for example when YieldBell launches. The date at the top shows when it last changed. If a change affects you significantly, we will tell you before it takes effect.
